2007 Women of the Vine Signe Zoller Signature Cabernet Sauvignon

Founded by acclaimed author, Deborah Brenner, Women of the Vine is an assembler of sustainable grape growers and women winemakers into a collaboration bringing their products to market.

These limited production wines are especially hand-crafted which truly express the nuances of the region and Signe Zoller’s unique winemaking style. Signe Zoller has held senior winemaking positions in Paso Robles. She has been named “Winemaker of the Year” from both the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance
and the Central Coast Winegrowers Association.

Tasting Notes

Black currant, spicy green peppercorns, and jam; mouth firm, well-bodied and lengthy


Zoller Vineyard – south-facing hillside on Paso Robles east side.  This vineyard consistently turned in colors in the top 5% of grapes delivered to Meridian for the 7 years it was contracted to the winery.


Usual hot days and cool nights.  No issues with rain or frost

30% new Hungarian and American oak for 18 months
