2008 The Negociant Albarino
Crisp and refreshing. Aromas of citrus, apricot and peach. Good acidity and a touch of minerality makes this wine easy and fun to drink.
The fruit was gently destemmed before being pressed. Cold settled for two days, then racked and inoculated with yeast. A long, cool, controlled fermentation to dryness. Post fermentation, the wine was stored in stainless steel and did not go through malolactic fermentation.
