Intense and inviting dark ruby color. Nearly opaque which is typical for the reds from this vineyard. Classic aromas of cassis, cherry and allspice. Flavors reflect the nose and the mouth maintains a lively acidity with a firm structure that makes the wine a likely candidate for rich, savory dishes. A wine in balance that will enhance its longevity.
You have one of the most vibrant and complex Zinfandels you have most likely ever experienced. The bouquet simply jumps from the glass with intense flavors of spicy licorice, fennel, ripe blue berry, and sweet chocolate with aromas of French Roast coffee and a sweet tobacco smoky finish.
In a recent Cult Wine Tasting this wine beat the most expensive $100.00 cult Zins and also won the Zin Shoot out.

Tropical fruit, pineapple with spicy pine and butterscotch in the aroma are followed by full, rich, lengthy flavors in the mouth.

Cool, foggy in the mornings, brief warming from about 10 am to 4 pm, cooling at night provided the perfect conditions for fruit intensity and tropical flavors typical of Chardonnay from this area.

A radiant display of lavender, blueberry, pepper, cinnamon, clove and mint greet the senses in the aromatics of this sensual wine. The mouthfeel is soft and lush, with fine tannins and a layer palate, and it finishes with beautiful length. The style here is one of subtle spice and great balance, but with plenty of power and richness.
